Years after the much talked-about Kareena-Shahid affair, the actress went up to her ex and said `Hi Shahid’ at the IFFA Award at Tampa Bay in Florida

MUMBAI: The recently concluded IIFA awards at Tampa Bay in Florida brought Kareena Kapoor face to face with her former boyfriend Shahid Kapoor who was co-hosting that segment of the show with Farhan Akhtar.
Kareena and her husband Saif Ali Khan were called to the stage to present an award when she said `Hi Shahid’ to her ex who was a little taken aback because the couple have been avoiding each other after breaking up in 2007. Saif, who was standing behind his wife, also smiled when Kareena exchanged `Hi’ with Shahid.
In response to Kareena’s greeting, Shahid also said `Hi’ to her.
But when Bebo and Saif walked down the stage, Shahid turned to Farhan and asked him rather jovially, “Did she said hi to me?’’
Kareena and Shahid broke up during the shooting of Jab We Met in 2007 after six years of courtship.
Kareena got intimate with Saif when they were Tashan in 2008. They got married in 2012.
