BOLLYWOOD: Reacting to a story in a leading paper that his love-making scene with Sunny Leone in Ek Paheli Leela was shot with a body double, actor Rajniesh Duggal who plays Sunny’s lover quips, “No thanks, no body-doubles for me. I can do all my love-making myself. Whether it’s stunts or love-making I don’t need body doubles.That was me with Sunny .In fact if you look at the picture that they have published to show that my love-making scene was shot with a body-double you can clearly see that’s me and not a body double.”
Rajniesh says he was brought into Ek Paheli Leela at the last minute. “I was shooting in Varanasi for a film when I was asked to do a 3-day guest appearance . I readily agreed. But when I landed in Rajasthan they increased my role and Rahul Dev’s (with whom I have most of my scenes) to full-fledged parts.”
About making love to Sunny Leone, Rajniesh says, “We rehearsed our love-making scene for days. It was finally perfectly coordinated.”

Rajniesh had to seek his wife’s permission before doing the torrid copulatory binge with the notorious Ms Leone. “My wife was obviously not too kicked by the idea. I had to convince her that it was make-believe and I wasn’t really indulging in the sex act.Also, it was important for my career.”
Rajniesh, who had earlier said no to on-screeen love-making, decided to go all-out as part of his image makeover. “I guess one has to shed one’s inhibitions in this day and age. I was shy because of my marital status. Prior to Leela, I had even said no to love scenes in the films directed by my mentor Vikram Bhatt.”

Bhatt had tried his best to get him to shed his clothes and make love his co-stars in the films 1920 and Dangerous Ishq. But to avail.
Eventually, Rajniesh convinced his wife. “She realized I was faking the pleasure for the camera. The real feelings were only for her only.”
Ahmed Khan, the producer of Ek Paheli Leela, adds, “Do they know what they are writing? How stupid it sounds to say Sunny Leone was shy of doing a love-making scene with Rajniesh Duggal? Do they know where she comes from? It’s like saying Bipasha Basu is scared of doing a horror film.”
