Brampton Indo-Canadian Yash Arora faces seven charges including threat to cause death

BRAMPTON: Brampton Indo-Canadian Yash Arora, 23, has been arrested and slapped with charges with numerous firearms and drug-related offences.
The acsued reportedly discharged a firearm at a person at about 8 pm on August 18. The police identified the accused and arrested him from a residence in Brampton.
A loaded firearm and 16.5kg of suspected Fentanyl were also seized from the accused.
After investigations, the Brampton Indo-Canadian has been charged with the following offences:
1. Utter Threats to Cause Death
2. Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
3. Point Firearm
4. Discharge Firearm with Intent
5. Possession of a Loaded Prohibited or Restricted Firearm
6. Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
7. Possession For the Purpose of Trafficking Fentanyl X2
Yash Arora appeared for his bail hearing at the A. Grenville & William Davis Court House in City of Brampton on Friday.
