Now a former Fox anchor says Donald Trump tried to kiss her in 2005-06 in the elevator of his Trump Tower in New York after he took her out for lunch. Trump used to host `The Apprentice’’ on NBC at that time.
Juliet Huddy, who hosted `Fox & Friends’ on the weekends and now hosts a show on WABC Radio, revealed this while appearing on Mornin’!!! w/ Bill Schulz.
“He said goodbye to me in an elevator while his security guy was there. Rather than kiss me on the cheek he leaned in to kiss me on the lips. I wasn’t offended, I was kind of like, ‘Oh my God.'”
She said she didn’t feel threatened but it was a “weird moment’’ for her. “He never tried anything after that, and I was never alone with him.”
Huddy said the incident happened around the time Trump married Melania Trump. “At the time I was not offended by it. I thought he was a single man and leaned in for a kiss.’’
Trump’s “grab them by the pussy” remarks while chatting with Billy Bush were made at that time. The remarks, which were leaked by Access Hollywood during the US presidential election campaign, almost sank his bid for the US presidency.
