TORONTO: A 40-year-old Toronto man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting three minor girls aged 14, 16 and 17.
Victor Armenta Paramo was arrested on Thursday after Toronto Police responded to a call related to a sexual assault in the area of Adelaide Street East and Church Street.
Police say three girls – aged 14, 16 and 17 – were approached by the accused and sexually assaulted.
Victor Armenta Paramo has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and sexual interference with a person under 16.
He appeared in court at College Park on Friday.
A sexual assault is any form of unwanted sexual contact. It includes, but is not limited to, kissing, grabbing, oral sex and penetration.
