Arvinder Kang, who is just 18, has been charged with stolen property

BRAMPTON: Brampton Indo-Canadian Arvinder Kang, 18, and his two accomplices have arrested and charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and dangerous driving.
On August 3, police received information about a stolen vehicle seen parked in Brampton. Police officers responded and located the vehicle in a park on Creditview Road.
When the police officers approached the vehicle, its three occupants tried to flee. They hit two police cruisers which made their stolen vehicle inoperable. Police arrested the three occupants.
One of them was identified as Arvinder Kang, 18, of Brampton. He was charged with stolen property. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a future date.
The other two accused are also from Brampton. They have not been named as they are 15 and 17 years old. Both have been charged with possession of property obtained by crime and being held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton.
