Gucci store Halton Hills was broken into by the five accused by smashing the front window

BRAMPTON: Five youths were arrested by the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) today after they broke into the Gucci store located in the Toronto Premium Outlets in Halton Hills.

The suspects smashed the front window to gain access to the store. Responding to an alarm, police officers arrived on scene and found the suspects in a vehicle in the plaza parking lot.

When officers approached the vehicle, they fled on foot. But they were all arrested with assistance from the K9 Unit, Tactical Rescue Unit and 1 District Criminal Investigations Bureau.

The five accused, who cannot be identified as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act, face charges of break and enter. They were released on an undertaking.
