MiWay changes include more frequent evening service on weekdays on Route 42 Derry

MISSISSAUGA: Mississauga Transit MiWay is changing schedules on many routes beginning on October 26 and adding more frequent evening service on weekdays on Route 42 Derry to improve connections across the transit network.
A press release by the transit says changes will occur on following routes:
- 4 Sherway Gardens
- 9 Rathburn-Thomas
- 26 Burnhamthorpe
- 42 Derry
- 68 Terry Fox
- 73 Kamato
- 74 Explorer
- 76 City Centre-Subway
- 90 Terragar-Copenhagen Loop
- 91 Hillcrest-Cooksville GO
- 101 Dundas Express

Because of corona guidelines, faces masks are mandatory under city by-laws in all indoor public spaces, including when riding on MiWay and when inside transit terminal buildings. Children under the age of two and people with disabilities or other medical conditions that prevent them from wearing a face covering are exempt.
Miway is encouraging customers to use PRESTO as a contactless way to pay and your transfer is active for two hours from when you first tap your card on the bus.
