MUMBAI: If Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma was blamed for India’s defeat against Australia in the cricket world cup semi-final in march because her presence in Australia distracted her boyfriend Virat Kohli, now it is the turn of Indo-Canadian porn star-turned Bollywood actress Sunny Leone.
Sunny Leone was in Mohali to root for Kings XI Punjab in their Indian Premium League match against Mumbai Indians on Sunday. But Sunny failed to inspire bottom-placed Kings XI Punjab as they suffered their seventh defeat of Indian Premier League 2015.
Poor Sunny Leone. She was just there to cheer for fellow actress Preity Zinta’s team Kings XI Punjab. But she is now being blamed for Punjab’s defeat against Mumbai Indians.
Sunny was born as Karenjit Kaur Vohra in Sarnia in southern Ontario in Canada on May 13, 1981. Her parents had migrated to Canada from Punjab. Later, her family moved to the US when she was very young. Both her parents are dead, and she has a brother who is a chef in the US. No one knows where her family comes from in Punjab.
