Post-marriage, Priyanka Chopra Jonas has talked about returning to Bollywood with Sanjay Leela Bansali’s upcoming film.
Bhansali is working with super star Salman Khan in this upcoming project.
But according to a report in Mid-Day, Salman Khan has not happy about teaming up Priyanka Chopra.
The reason: She had walked out of Salman Khan’s film Bharat last year before her engagement to Nick Jonas.
Priyanka’s decision had upset Salman, even though he later attended her wedding reception in Mumbai.
However, it looks like he has not forgotten that episode and seems to be in no mood to forgive Priyanka, according to the report.
Speaking on Priyanka’s decision to walk out of his film last year, Salman Khan told Mid-Day, “It was sweet of her to tell us five days before the shoot that she couldn’t do Bharat. I’m glad Katrina is part of the film. She was Atul’s (Agnihotri, producer) first choice. But Priyanka called Ali (Abbas Zafar, director) and said she wanted to do Bharat, so we considered her.”
Salman Khan’s tongue-in-cheek remarks don’t augur well for Priyanka Chopra. Let us see if the two will come together on the big screen.
