NEW YORK: Suzy Cortez, the 26-year-old curvy beauty with a big butt , has been crowned as Miss BumBum 2015 by Brazilian audiences.
In the race for the most coveted rear in Brazil, she beat out 15 contestants in the final in Sao Paulo on Nov 9.
Though the new Miss BumBum carries home just $12,000 in prize, her new national celebrity status will earn her a fortune through modelling, endorsements, gossip columns and other engagements. She will also appear on the December cover of Brazil famous men’s magazine Sexy’s.
The new Miss Bum Bum will have many other avenues to make money. In fact, last year’s winner Indianara Carvalho, who is a 22-year-old blonde, sold her virginity to someone for over $75,000.
As she did a lap of honour after winning the coveted title, the new Miss BumBum Suzy Cortez said, “I’ve been preparing myself for the past four months. I’ve always wanted to win this contest. I dedicated myself completely. I dieted and did rigorous training.’’
Camila Gomes came second and Dani Sperle third.
Dressed in dazzling two pieces and jewelled platform heels, the bombshell models strutted their stuff as the judges logged them for their assets.
To begin with, there were 500 contestants for the Miss BumBum title. They shortlisted to 15 through the rigorous process.
