BRAMPTON: Yash Sagu, a 68-year-old man from Brampton, has been arrested and charged with unauthorized possession of firearms.
Peel Police acted after receiving information about a firearm being located in a residence in Brampton on November 12.
Police officers found a loaded Lorcin L380 handgun with numerous rounds of ammunition.
Yash Sagu, 68, has been charged with:
1) Unauthorized possession of firearm
2) Tampering with serial number of firearm
3) Careless storage of firearm and ammunition
4) Possession of a loadedp rohibited or restricted rirearm
Sagu appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Brampton on November 14.
