$200,000 cash stolen from gas station, Brampton manager arrested

BRAMPTON: A 24-year-old Brampton man, who served as a manager at a gas station on Highway 50 in Caledon, has been arrested and charged with theft.

Caledon OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) arrested him after a local business owner filed a complaint about missing property and cash from his gas station.

According to police, over $200,000 in currency and over $5,000 in property were reportedly stolen from the gas station on Highway 50.

The arrested manager of the gas station has been charged with theft.
