Peel Police say Mississauga voyeurist tried to film the female shopper in a shopping mall in the area of Duke of York Boulevard and City Centre Drive

MISSISSAUGA: Peel Police has sought public assistance in identifying a suspect who tried to film a woman up her skirt in a city mall.

The incident happened on October 8 at 4.45 pm when the woman was shopping at a mall located in the area of Duke of York Boulevard and City Centre Drive in Mississauga.

The woman was busy choosing clothes at the mall when she looked down and saw a male crouching down beside her. The suspect had a cell phone and was attempting to film up her skirt. When the woman confronted the suspect, he fled from the store.

The suspect is described as male, medium complexion, 5’8” to 5’10″ in height, medium build, short wavy black hair, dark facial hair, wearing glasses, a dark jacket, and blue jeans.

They are appealing to anyone who may recognize or may have had an encounter with the suspect to contact the police.

Police suspect that there could be other victims of this voyeurist.
