BRAMPTION: Peel Police have arrested and charged 19-year-old Brampton Indo-Canadian Justin Sharma with possession of a firearm and drugs.
Sharma was arrested on Monday during a traffic stop check in the area of Highway 50 and Ebenezer Road in Brampton.
During the search of his vehicle, police found a .22 caliber firearm and an opiod.
Justin Sharma has been charged with unauthorized possession of a firearm, keeping a loaded prohibited/restricted firearm and an opiod.
He appeared in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on March 30.
