Mississauga sexual assault accused targeted the woman in a hotel and robbed her

MISSISSAUGA: Peel Police are hunting for a man who sexually assaulted and then robbed a woman at knife-point at a Mississauga hotel.
The sexual assaulted took place early in the morning on October 8 when the victim contacted police and reported that she had been sexually assaulted by an unknown male while staying as a guest at a hotel in South-East Mississauga.
According to the victim, the suspect brandished a knife at her during the attack.
After sexually assaulting the woman, the man also robbed her of her money. After robbing the victim, the suspect fled the hotel, possibly in a dark coloured sports utility vehicle, similar to a Chevrolet Equinox.
The suspect is described as a black man in his 30s, six feet tall, muscular, with brown eyes, black hair and a full beard.
At the time of the attack the suspect was wearing a black puffy jacket, a black shirt, and beige pants.
Investigators believe that this suspect may have drawn the attention of others in the time leading up to the incident and are appealing to anyone who may recognize or may have had an encounter with him to contact the police.
